1. How Much Weight can your Table Stand?

EaoDesk Max Static Load Weight ranges from 110-330ibs.

Max Dynamic Load Weight ranges from 11-33ibs.  


2. Which length range do your table offers?

The average length is 3.9ft. But if you want any other length changes, please e-mail: service@eaodesk.com. We can customize the length you want.

3. Will my EaoDesk be tall enough (or short enough) for me?

The height ranges of all of our height adjustable standing desks accommodate over 95% of the population. The height range of all sit/stand desks is 24 inches to 44.0 inches.


1. My payment is not going through?

At checkout, make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information (name, address, etc.) associated with your PayPal account or credit card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through. If you are unsure, please call your card company to see what information they have on file.

2.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, or bank account balance with Paypal. You can pay quickly and securely on-line.

3.How do I add a promo code?

When you place an order, you will see a box on the shopping cart page where you can enter your promo code. The promo code and discount will appear immediately and be added to your order total. The promo code must be redeemed at this point in the ordering process; it cannot be applied after the order has been processed. Only ONE promo code can be used per purchase. 

4. I entered my promo code but it didn't work?

Our system will always recognize valid promo codes. Therefore, if the discount has not been deducted from your order, the code was incorrectly entered. Promo codes can only be redeemed during the placement of orders and cannot be applied or amended once the order has been placed.

5. Can I make a change to my order?

We accept change before your order is shipped out. We will ship your order out in 24 HOURS. And if the order has been shipped out, you need to apply the exchange application, and we will arrange the exchange for you.

6. Do you offer wholesale price?

If you are looking to purchase more than 5 tables, please contact us with the quantity and the item(s) and we will reply back with a quote in the next 24h.



Shipping & Delivery

1.Shipping time?

Please note that all orders placed will be processed and shipped on the same day if you place your order before 10am EST. All other orders will be shipped out on the next business day.

And once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number on FEDEX website.

Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order via Fedex.

We do not have overnight shipping and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you have a deadline, feel free to tell us the exact date in fear for the delay.

2.Do you ship internationally?

EaoDesk ships standing desks for free to the continental US.

If you require a shipping quote outside of the US, please e-mail service@eaodesk.com to send us a message.

P.S. We are not able to offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

3. Is the shipping Free?

Our shipping is free within the United States.

4. Delivery METHOD?

We offer FedEx for free shipping orders.

5. Not receive the package?

Once orders have been shipped out, we will send you an e-mail about tracking info.

If you haven't received the package 10 days after your order has been shipped out, please e-mail us immediately. We will contact with related logistics company to have a check to help you receive the package asap. Otherwise, we will not accept claim for refund or compensation, etc, because logistics record will be unavailable when time past a month. Hope you can kindly understand.



Return & Exchange & Cancel


1.If you are not satisfied with EaoDesk, you have 30 working days to request a return.           

   Email service@eaodesk.com to make an application of return. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.
   Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent and they must be sent in its original packaging.

2.Please email us with photos of the goods for our reference.

3.Before shipping back, please email us first for the return shipping address, we have every right to refuse for the package if you send it back without our permission.

4.Normally, EaoDesk always has a strict quality inspection before the delivery .
   So if the product is not faulty, (i.e. if you have changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason), the shipping fee will be bear on you. And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us, so we recommend that you use a courier service which it is possible to track the shipment.

If the product is faulty when you receive it, please contact us via e-mail service@eaodesk.com. We will reply your message with 24 hours.

We reserve the right to give a partial refund when the product is in an used condition, is damaged or have missing parts not due to our error.


You may cancel your order before the order is shipped out by contacting us via e-mail: service@eaodesk.com.

You must contact us before it is shipped out. If your order has been shipped, we will NOT be able to cancel or modify any orders. If you do not contact us in time to cancel your order, you may still return it, once you receive it, as long as the Return & Exchange Policy has been followed, you need to bear the return shipping fee.


You may exchange your order before the order is shipped out by contacting us via e-mail: service@eaodesk.com.

If your order is not shipped out, you can contact us via e-mail: service@eaodesk.com about your order info and the product you want to exchange. We will arrange exchange asap for you.

And if your order is shipped out, you have 30 working days to request an exchange. Email service@eaodesk.com to make an application of exchange. We will send a reply email within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse to receive the return product if you don't contact us in advance.
